摘要
从物流功能角度分析了林产品生产过程中的物流成本的构成,利用AHP法确定各功能成本的权重,运用TOPSIS法确定理想解、负理想解和欧式距离,从而对各备选方案进行了排序,选择出了最优的物流成本方案,为管理者科学决策提供依据。
This paper analyzes the composition of the logistics cost in the production process of forest products from the perspective of the logistics function.It uses AHP to determine the weight of various functional costs,and makes use of TOPSIS to determine the ideal solution,negative ideal solution and Euclidean distance.Then makes sort of all the options,and selects the best logistics cost program in the end,provides the basis for scientific decision-making for managers.
