摘要
在广泛参考国内外有关学者对集体林权制度改革研究的基础上,对我国集体林权制度改革研究的主要成果及研究进展分5个方面进行了概括和评论。分析现有研究存在的问题。最后提出了开展多学科间的交叉融合、加强对研究对象的细致分析研究和广泛开展不同区域层次的集体林权制度改革研究的各项实践等建议。
Widely referenced the domestic and foreign scholars＇ study on forestry property right system,this topic summarized and commented the main achievements and advances of research on the reform of collective forest property right system of China from 5 aspects,and analyzed the problems of existing research.Finally,proposed to carry out the interdisciplinary cross-integration and strengthen the detailed analysis of the subjects,widely carried out the various practices on different levels of the reform of collective forest right system.
