论农民工的权益保障

On Off-farm Workers' Lawful Rights and Interests Protection

文章从农民工的休息权、劳动报酬权、安全卫生权社会保险和福利、农民工自身和子女的教育等方面分析论述了当前我国农民工权益保障的现状,并分析了影响农民工权益保障的主要因素。针对这些因素,我们从加快城乡二元户籍制度改革、完善农民工权益保障体系、建立有效的农民工维权组织和提高农民工就业素质及法律意识等四个方面提出了对策。

This article from the labor compensation counterpoises,migrant workers,the right of safety and health right social insurance and welfare,and the workers themselves and their children＇s education research discusses the current situation of peasant worker＇s rights and interests protection,and analyzes the impact of the main factors of rural migrant workers rights,to these factors,we from the speed up the urban and rural household registration system reform,improve peasant workers rights and interests protection system,establishing effective migrant workers＇ rights organization and improve the quality of employment and the legal consciousness migrant workers from four aspects such as puts forward the countermeasures.
