摘要
通过研究形状精度检测系统的原理及设计方法,结合图像处理技术,设计了基于直杆光纤镜、CCD摄像机、计算机数据采集卡和图像处理系统的形状精度检测系统,并完成了系统的调试.调试结果表明,该系统检测结果稳定、可靠,克服了传统检测方法的不足.
Through studying on the principle and design of the shape accuracy detecting system,and combining with image processing technique,the shape accuracy detecting system was designed.This system based on the straight rod optical fiber endoscope,CCD camera,computer data acquisition card,and image processing system.And the system debugging was also completed.Debugging result shows that the detecting result is stable and reliable,this system overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional detecting methods.
