不同时期主要动脉阻断对再植肢成活影响的实验研究

Experimental study of how the replanted limbs surviving after their femoral artery being blocked in different times

摘要 目的 研究大鼠再植肢于不同时期主要动脉阻断对其成活的影响。 方法 选用成年SD大鼠 48只 ,按再植手术后股动脉切断的时间 ,分成 4d和 1、2、3、4、5、8周各组。观察股动脉切断后再植肢皮温、血管造影和组织学变化。 结果  4d、1周组皮温低 ,未见新生侧枝血管形成 ,再植肢坏死。2、3、4、5、6、8周组 ,随着时间的延长 ,再植肢血液循环和成活情况逐渐改善 ,新生侧枝血管逐渐增多增粗并长向远侧。 结论 大鼠断肢再植术后 1周内主要动脉阻断 ,再植肢发生坏死 ;2周后主要动脉阻断 。 Objective To study how the replanted limbs of rats surviving after their femoral artery were interrupted Methods Fouty eight adult SD rats were divided into 4 day, and 1,2,3,4,5,6,8 week groups,according to the time of femoral artery interruption The replanted limbs were observed by measurement of dermal temperature angiography and histological examination Results Neovascularization was not found and the replanted limbs were necrosis in 4 day and one week groups As the time delay,a progresive improvment of circulation was observed and neovascularization were found growing stronger and thicker and stretching distally in the replanted limbs at 2,3,4,5,6,and 8 week groups Conclusions the nercosis of replanted limbs occurred in 1 week group and the replanted limbs could be survived in 2 to 8 week group after their femoral artery were interrupted
