摘要
目的 比较三组移植方法的效果 ,旨在推广应用于临床。 方法 分三组 ,A组 10只犬 ,2 0根股血管 ,10根肱血管 ,股 (肱 )静脉外套螺纹人造血管 ;B组 10只犬 ,2 0根股血管 ,股静脉外套平滑人造血管 ,C组 10只犬 ,2 0根股血管 ,股静脉没有外套人造血管。 结果 术后 180 d进行检查。血管造影 ,A组 2 8根血管通畅 ,B组 2 0根血管通畅 ,C组 6根血管明显狭窄 ,其余未见血管显影。光学显微镜检查 ,B组管壁增殖增厚最少 ,其次是 A组 ,C组管腔明显狭窄 ,甚至栓塞。增厚主要是内膜 ,中膜和外膜增殖较少。 结论 用犬股静脉外套改进人造血管移植修复股动脉缺损通畅率高 ,开拓了中小动脉缺损移植修复的方法。
Objective To find which group was best by comparing the effect of grafting, the vessel wall proliferate less, then use it widely in clinical application Methods Group A: Twenty femoral veins and ten humeral veins were sheathed in annular artifical vessels. Group B: Twenty femoral veins were sheathed in smooth artifical vessels Group C: Twenty Femoral vein without artifical vessels sheath Result Observing the changes of lumens and walls by naked eyes light microscops and angiography after 180 days feeding As for angiography, twenty eight vessels in the group A and twenty in the group B were unobstructed, six vessels in the group C were stenosis significantly, the others did not develop As for light microscope, the increasing thickness of vessel wall in the group B was the least, the group A second, the group C was the most sarrow, even infarct The increasing thickness mainly in endomembrane, middle and exmembrane were less Conclusion The repairing of femoral artery by used femoral vein grafting with improved artifical vessel sheath, proliferate less, unobstructed well, thus develop a grafting method of the middle and small arteries in clinical application
