摘要
通过对用于某型发动机的螺栓冷镦成形过程的分析与研究,采取改善冷镦前材料的状态,并利用有限元软件Deform3D模拟螺栓成形过程,优化模具设计,提高了产品质量和合格率。
Through analyzing and researching the cold heading process of bolts for a engine,some measures of heat treatment were given,meanwhile using Deform 3D to simulate the cold heading process of bolts,optimization measures were also taken to the cold heading mold.Thus the problems in the production process were effectively solved,with higher product quality and qualified rate.
