浅析地方师范院校青年教师的职业倦怠

摘要目前在地方师范院校青年教师中存在着严重的职业倦怠现象,该现象已严重影响了教师的身心健康及其专业成长。本文以地方师范院校青年教师为主体,分析其职业倦怠的表现、危害、原因,并提出调适地方师范院校青年教师心理压力的对策。
