大学生自主创业问题探析

时值国家"十二五"开局之年,建设创新型国家的理念也在逐步贯彻之中,在"深化教育改革、全面推进素质教育"的背景下,面对严峻的就业形式,高校应该致力于培养大学生的自主创业意识。自主创业能够将被动就业变为主动择业。鼓励大学生自主创业,主动面对就业困境,积极探索成才的途径,改变的不仅仅是一种形式,更是一种心态。

As the country during the start of Twelfth Five Year Plan,the construction of innovative nation concept also is on the way,in the context of deepening educational reform,to promote quality education,in the face of severe forms of employment,colleges should be committed to developing students awareness of independent entrepreneurship.The encourage of college students starting independent entrepreneurship,facing mployment difficulties,and actively explore ways of growth and success,we should not only change the form,but also the state of mind.
