基于排队论的企业产品价格合理调整问题研究

摘要 企业采取网络和实体店双渠道销售产品时,通过对某个渠道产品价格的调整可以调节顾客选择到该渠道购买产品的概率,从而调节该渠道顾客购买企业产品的等待时间。在考虑了顾客等企业有费用损失的情况下给出了两个渠道中顾客等待时企业总的损失费用情况,通过求出顾客选择去某个双渠的最优概率来求出企业应对两个渠道中产品价格作出的合理调整量,为企业合理调整产品价格提供决策支持。
