摘要
随着我国城市建设的快速发展,天津地区随着滨海新区的开发开放,大量高层建筑物不断涌现,地下空间工程不断增加,相应的深基坑工程越来越多,劲性水泥土搅拌连续墙(SMW工法)被普遍应用。尤其天津市的地基土以粘土及粉性粘土为主,更适合SMW工法施工。SMW工法是在水泥搅拌桩中插入型钢或其他芯材形成的同时具有承载力与防渗两种功能的支护形式等多项优点。
With the rapid development of urban construction in China,Tianjin with the Tianjin Binhai New Area development and opening up,a large number of high-rise buildings are emerging,underground space projects is increasing,more and more deep foundation pit,reinforced with cement mixing the universal application of the continuous wall(of SMW method),in particular,Tianjin foundation soil is mainly clay and powder clay is more suitable for SMW Construction.SMW method is inserted in the cement mixing pile support in the form of steel or other core material formed at the same carrying capacity and impermeable two functions.
