异长齿黄芪化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents of Astragalus monbeigii

目的:了解异长齿黄芪的化学成分。方法:通过硅胶柱层析对异长齿黄芪乙酸乙酯部位进行分离,采用现代波谱技术进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果:从异长齿黄芪乙酸乙酯部位中分离了6个单体化合物,分别鉴定为甘油三亚油酸酯(1)、羽扇豆醇(2)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基-反式苯丙烯酸正十八醇酯(3)、二十四碳酸(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、异甘草素(6)。结论:化合物1～6均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。

Objective： To learn about the chemical constituents of astragalus monbeigii.Methods： Compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate part of A.monbeigii with column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.Results： Six compounds were obtained and identified as trilinolein（1）,lupeol（2）,octadecyl-3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-benzeneacrylate（3）,tetracosanoic acid（4）,β-sitosterol（5）,and isoliquiritigenin（6）.Conclusion： The six compounds were all isolated from this plant for the first time.
