地方本科院校特色专业建设探讨——基于大理学院药学专业特色发展的思考

On Characteristic Major Construction in Local Universities——Based on Development of Characteristics in Pharmacy of Dali University

介绍大理学院药学专业在推进特色专业建设中的做法和举措。在特色专业建设中要立足地方,要与区域经济、社会发展紧密结合,充分体现学校的办学定位和思想,以社会需求和就业为导向,构建经济、社会发展需要的课程体系,改革课程的教学内容,加强课程、教材和师资队伍建设。以实际工作能力培养为主线,构建实践教学平台,突出学生实践能力、创新思维能力和社会适应能力的培养。

This paper introduces the measures of constructing characteristics in Pharmacy.During this process,we are based on the local area;combine the major closely with the regional economy and social development in order to fully reflect the school＇s educational orientation and spirit.Meanwhile,we are orientated for the social need and employment,set up a course system suiting the economic and social development,reform the teaching content of curriculum,and enhance the construction of curriculum,textbook and teacher staff.Moreover,focusing on the training of students＇ practical working ability,we establish the platform of practical teaching to highlight the students＇ abilities of practice,creation and social adaptation.
