高校党务工作者对流动党员管理的认知度研究——对20所高校490位党务工作者的调查

On College Party Workers' Knowledge of the Management of Mobile Party Members ——A Survey of 490 Party Workers From 20 Colleges and Universities

当前高校党务工作者对流动党员的管理工作还存在一些问题,具体表现在:缺乏必要的认知、有关管理制度落实不到位、管理形式难以符合新形势要求等,根据高校党务工作者对流动党员管理工作的基础性认知、重视度认知、清晰度认知的调查和评估,从如何实现管到、管住、管好三方面,提出了加强高校流动党员教育管理的对策和建议。

There are still some problems with the college party workers＇ management of mobile party members,It shows as follows： the lack of necessary knowledge,the ineffective implementation of management system,and the failure of the forms of management to cope with new circumstances.In the light of the results from the investigation and assessment of college party workers＇ basic knowledge,attention being paid to,and clearness about the management of mobile party members,countermeasures and proposals are put forward to enhance the education and management of college mobile party members from the aspects of,effective and proper management.
