关于我国研究生教育区域差异的思考

Thoughts on the Regional Differences of China's Graduate Education

研究生教育是高等教育体系中层次最高、最为重要的组成部分。由于受经济发展、国家非均衡发展政策及教育原有水平等因素的制约,我国不同区域研究生教育发展水平参差不齐,中西部研究生教育无论在发展规模上,还是在发展水平及质量上,都不及东部。为此,国家应该加大对中西部研究生教育的投入,同时继续促进研究生教育的对口支援,实现高校与区域的自主互动。而中西部研究生教育应该通过教育理念的更新来促进制度的创新,同时还要合理调整学科结构,保持区域优势和增强地域特色,从而逐步缩小研究生教育的区域差异,改变研究生教育发展不平衡的局面。

Graduate education is the highest level,and the most importance part of the higher education system.Restricted by economic development,non-balanced development policies and original level of education,the levels of graduate education in China＇s different regions are greatly different.The graduate education in the Midwest is far behind that of the east whether on the scale of development or on the level of development.Therefore,the government should increase its investment in the western graduate education,Continue to promote the counterparts assistance;sothat autonomous interaction will be reached between colleges and regions.System innovation will be promoted by innovations of the conlept,Meanwhile colleges and universites should arrange disciplinary structure scientifically to retain its regional advantages and features so as to narrow the regional gap and change the imbalances of graduate education development.
