摘要 通过自制树枝状单元引发己内酰胺水解聚合,成功制备了高流动性尼龙6。通过1HNMR、FT—IR、GPC、TGA、DSC、转矩流变仪等对聚合物结构和性能进行了表征;与市售相关牌号进行了性能对比。结果表明:高流动性尼龙6具有与普通尼龙6相当的力学性能,但其流动性能获得极大提高。 High flow nylon 6 was prepared using dendritic unit, and the resultant products were characterized by 1H NMR, FT-IR, GPC, TGA, DSC and torque rheometer. The comparison between high-flow nylon 6 and nylon 6 on sale was conducted ; the results showed that flow property of high flow nylon 6 was improved greatly, although the mechanical property was nearly alike.
