摘要 利用改性的纳米SiO2改善聚氨酯泡沫塑料的性能;并对改性后的试样进行了测试与分析。实验结果表明:加入的纳米SiO2和聚氨酯硬泡材料(RPUF)有很好的相容性,可以均匀地分布在RPUF中;改性RPUF的玻璃化转变温度较纯聚氨酯略有提高;RPUF/nano—SiO2复合材料的机械性能明显优于纯聚氨酯,nano—SiO2的质量分数为1%时,复合材料的综合性能最好,纳米SiO2的加入提高了RPUF的热稳定性和尺寸稳定性。 In this paper, we improve the performance of RPUF by the modified nano-SiO2 and the modified samples were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the nano-SiO 2 can be evenly distributed among the RPUF material and had good compatibility with the RPUF materials; The glass transition temperature and the mechanical properties of the RPUF were slightly higher than those of the pure RPUF ; When the volume of SiO2 increased for the 1% , the mechanical properties of RPUF were the best. The modified nano-SiO2 increased thermal stability and dimensional stability of the RPUF.
