摘要
考察了木粉含量对聚乙烯(PE)/木粉复合材料性能的影响,包括密度、弹性模量、弯曲强度、最大破坏载荷与长度膨胀率。结果表明:当木粉含量从55份增加到65份时,PE/木粉复合材料的密度、弹性模量、弯曲强度、最大破坏载荷都有不同程度的提高;受冷时(-30℃),长度膨胀率增大,受热时(60℃),长度膨胀率减小。
This paper tested the influence of wood flour content on the PE/wood flour composites, including density, elastic modulus, bending strength, the maximum failure load and the length of the expansion rate. The results showed that: when the wood flour content from 55 to 65 phr, the density, elastic modulus, bending strength, the maximum failure load and the length of the expansion rate of PE/wood flour cotnposites increased. When cooled ( - 30 ℃) , the length of the expansion rate increased, When heated ( +60 ℃) , the length of the expansion rate decreased.
