摘要
首先对木塑复合材料原料的不同配方进行试验,制出各种不同配比的复合材料;利用双螺杆挤出机对木塑复合材料进行了挤出实验,并对实验过程中温度参数对复合材料的影响进行了研究;对木粉含量与材料力学性能的关系进行的分析。最后还研究了同比例的聚丙烯与木粉在不同的工艺条件下复合材料的产品质量和力学性能。结果表明:随着木粉含量的增加,复合材料的冲击强度和拉伸强度均降低,而弯曲强度则升高。总体来说,木粉的加入增加了材料的刚性,但降低了材料的韧性。加工工艺条件对复合材料产品质量有着较明显的影响,为了保证塑化均匀,外观质量及提高复合材料的综合性能,宜取适中的加工条件。
First this thesis carries on experiment to the different formulation of the wood plastics composites raw material, making compound material that various dissimilarity go together with the ratio. Make use of a pair of two screw pole extrudes the machine the compound to the wood plastics material carries on to extrude the experiment, and to experiment process in the temperature parameter to compound the influence of the ma- terial carried on the research; Combine the analysis that carries on to the wood relation between the powder content and the material mechanics function. Experiment the result enunciation: Along with the increment of the wood powder content, reunite the impact strength of the material and pull to stretch the strength to all lower, but curve the strength to then go up. Total to say, the wood powder joined to increase the material rigid, but lowered the tenacity of the material. This text still studied together polypropylene and the wood powders of comparison the product quantity and mechanics functions of the compound material under the condition of different craft. Process the craft condition to the compound the material product quantity has the more obvious influence, for the sake of the assurance petrochemistry even, the external appearance quantity and exaltations reunite the comprehensive function of the material, proper take to process the condition just rightly.
