以某研发中心为切入点,从统一研发数据标准、整合研发信息系统入手,搭建一体化研发运行平台。通过研发数据管理信息化、项目流程信息化,实现全息化研发信息流;通过流程标准化、跨功能管理等方式,实现矩阵式研发管理模式。构建研发全方位、过程全息化、管理矩阵式的一体化研发数据系统。
