This essay mainly contributes to the analyses of control technique of elevators in modem buildings. New advanced ma- chines and technology like permanent magnet synchronous gearless machine, Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency （VVVF）, serial communications technology, digital technology not only enrich the theory of intelligent elevator, but also make contributions to energy-saving and environmental protection.
