摘要
叙述了合同能源管理基本概念及基本流程,分析了火力电厂脱硫行业的现状和现实情况,针对脱硫行业中常出现的脱硫运行水平低、设备可靠性差、系统出力低、能耗高等问题,结合国家环保、财政政策,提出,火力电厂脱硫行业进行能源管理模式。
This paper analyses the status and reality of thermal power plants＇ flue gas desulphurizationl FGD industry, based on the introduction of the basic concepts and the basic process of energy management contract. Against the problems often appearing in the FGD industry, for example, low level of system＇s running, poor reliability of equipments,low output,high energy consump- tion etc, the paper proposes the implementation of Energy Management Contract （EMC） on the FGD＇s Energy-saving, focuses on analysis of actual conditions of the implementation of EMC on the FGD＇ s energy-saving and the economic analysis of the FGD＇ s Energy-saving technological transformation instance.
