卓越工程师培养模式的研究及对策分析

Research and Analysis of Training Models of Outstanding Engineers

根据"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的总体要求,分析和研究相应的课程体系和教学内容改革。针对目前"卓越工程师"培养过程中存在的诸多问题,从教师队伍建设、人才培养新机制、培养模式、产学合作以及建立大学生创新实验室等方面对卓越工程师教育培养模式进行了探讨,以期提高各种类型的优秀工程技术人才的培养质量,提升我国产业的国际竞争力。

According to the overall requirements of ＂Plan for Education and Training Outstanding Engineers（PETOE）＂,the paper analyzes the reformation of relevant curriculum system and course content.Based on lots of problems in PETOE,this paper discusses the training model from teacher staff building,a new mechanism for personnel training,training mode,and the establishment of industry-university cooperation and establishment of university innovation laboratory in order to improve the cultivation quality of all kinds of outstanding engineering talents and strengthen our country＇s international industry compectitiveness.
