高职院校“四位一体”班级管理模式的构建

班级是高校教学和管理的基本单位,是大学生获取知识的重要组织形式,是大学生实现全面发展的重要组织载体。然而在当前的高职教育中,班级管理模式陈旧,影响和制约了高职教育人才培养。"四位一体"班级管理模式在高职院校的推行,有利于大学生思想政治教育、素质教育以及专业技能的培养,有助于高职教育人才培养目标的实现。

The class,as the basic unit of teaching and management in the college,is the important form of organization that helps students gain the knowledge,and is also the important carrier of organization for students to achieve all-around development.However,in the vocational education nowadays,the management model of class is so old,which has influenced and restricted the personnel training.The implementation of ＂four-in-one＂ class management model will be beneficial to the ideological and political education,quality-oriented education,the training of professional skills and the realization of higher vocational education training goals.
