摘要
教师期望能促进学生发展。但在现实的教育情境中,教师期望常常出现偏差,如期望缺失、期望单一、期望偏高、期望偏低、期望偏"死"、期望偏急、期望相悖等。教师只有矫正这些偏差,才能实现期望效应的最优化。
Teacher's expectation can promote student's development.However,in the actual educational situation,teacher's expectation is often deviated,for example,the expectation is absent,too single,too high or too low,rigid,hasty and inconsistent.Only by rectifying these deviations can the effect of teacher's expectation be optimized.
