高校体育文化评价模型构建

Construction on Evaluation Model of College Sports Culture

文章运用专家咨询法、模糊层次分析法和加权统计等研究方法,建立了一套高校体育文化评价模型。结果表明:运用模糊层次分析法建立的评价模型,不仅为评价过程提供了指标依据和层次结构,还确定了各指标的权重系数,使评价过程定量化,提高了评价的可操作性;运用评价模型对高校体育文化进行评价,不仅可以分析各高校体育文化建设的综合情况,还可以分析组成体育文化各因素的发展情况,有利于整体与局部的把握,从而促进高校体育文化的快速发展。

By using the Delphi method, Fuzzy AHP, and the weighted statistical research methods, the au- thor establishes a scientific and reasonable evaluation model of coUege sports culture. The results show that the evaluation model which is based on the Fuzzy AHP can not only provide indicators and Hierarchical struc- ture,but also the weight factor for the evaluation process, which makes the evaluating process quantitative and improve the operability. The use of evaluation model to evaluate the culture of college sports can analyze the comprehensive construction of sports culture, and the development of all factors of the sports culture, which is helpful to grasp the overall and partial situation, and promote the development of college sports cul- ture.
