新八——双羔素促进绵羊繁殖效应的研究

本文旨在揭示新八一双羔素促进绵羊繁殖双羔、增加出生重和周岁羊毛量的综合生理效应。从1986至1988年3年中间试验,新八一Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型双羔素可提高双羔率和产羔率分别为36.42％和49.99％、39.29％和48.73％,增加单羔和双羔出生重分别为0.71±0.43和0.60±0.36公斤,对周岁母羊剪毛量和体重平均增加。0.62±0.09和2.16±0.27公斤,证明新八一双羔素对细毛羊具有一剂多用的生理功能。

In this paper, the aim is to reveal comprehensive physiological effects of Fecundin AAC for improving twinning rate, birth weight and yearling wool yield on sheep. In three year's intermediate trial, twinning rate and lambing percentage increased 36.42% and 49.99%, 39.29% and 48.73,% resp.. Single lamb and twins birth weight increased 0.71±0.43 and 0.6±0.36 Kg resp.. Yearling wool yield and body weight increased 0.62±0.09 and 2.16±0.27 Kg resp.. These indicated that Fecundin-AAC had multiple physiological effects on sheep.
