床边彩超实时引导在颈内静脉穿刺置管术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 颈内静脉穿刺置管是临床广泛应用的一项基本技术。传统的穿刺方法是参照正常人的解剖特点,选择前路、中路、后路进行盲探式穿入。但因颈部解剖结构复杂,且存在变异,部分患者血管条件差以及颈内静脉紧贴颈动脉等原因,穿刺置管过程容易发生并发症或置管失败,给患者带来不利甚至非常严重的后果。笔者应用床边彩超来引导颈内静脉的穿刺置管,并通过回顾性对照分析,探讨床边彩超在颈内静脉穿刺置管术中的应用价值。
