重症缺血性脑水肿的颅内压监护及治疗

Intracranial pressure monitoring and treatment of severe ischemic brain edema

对 10例重症缺血性脑水肿病人进行颅内压监护 ,观察其颅内压变化并指导治疗。同期对照 38例。结果显示 :缺血性脑水肿的颅内压变化及治疗效果有其特殊性 ,有效的降低颅内压、减轻脑水肿可提高治疗效果。

WT5”BZ]The intracranial pressure was monitored in 10 patients with severe acute ischemic brain edema, to study the regularity of change of intracranial pressure and to conduct the treatment. The other 38 regard as the control.This result indicates that changes of the intracranial pressure is more special in the patients with severe ischemic brain edema. Effective decrease of the intracranial pressure and brain edema can inhance the therapeutic effect. [WT5”HZ]
