摘要
目的:研究吴茱萸多糖水提法的工艺优化。方法:采用加热回流的提取方法,用L9(34)正交试验设计方案,考察提取温度、提取时间、料水比3种因素对吴茱萸多糖提取率和多糖含量的影响。结果:水提吴茱萸多糖的最佳工艺条件是:提取温度95℃,提取时间3h,料水比1∶30,其多糖最高提取率和多糖含量分别为5.58%和59.53%。结论:该工艺优化可用于吴茱萸多糖的提取。
Objective:To research on Euodia polysaccharide water formulation and to optimize the technology.Methods: Use a hot reflux extraction method,methods By L9(34)orthogonal design,the effects of the solid—liquid ratio,tempemture and extmction time on the extraction efficacy of polysaccharide in Euodia were investigated.Results: The optimum conditions of the hot water extraction were as follows: solid—liquid ratio of 1:30,95℃ and three hours for extraction.The extraction efficacy and the content of polysaccharide in Euodia by the hot reflux extraction method was 5.58%and 59.53%;Conclusion: The extraction method of Euodia polysaccharide is feasible.
