摘要
为了分析上海地不同类型车轮踏面制动时的热应力,建立上海地铁13号线车轮及上海地铁统型车轮的有限元模型,依据CP-DDE-129标准、国际铁路联盟UIC510-5标准、欧洲的EN标准模拟在踏面制动时车轮在曲线、直线、道岔工况下的应力场.结果表明,上海地铁直辐板车轮以及上海地铁统型车轮踏面制动时产生的热应力满足规范的要求.并且,上海地铁统型车轮的踏面制动下的性能优于上海地铁直辐板车轮.
Finite element models of unified wheel and straight web wheel for Shanghai metro were built to analyze the thermal stress of different type of wheels for Shanghai metro under tread break condition.According to CP-DDE-129 Standards,EN Standards and UIC Standards of International Union of Railways,the thermo-mechanical coupling stress field of two types of wheels under running condition of straight line,curving and switch crossing.The results show that both of the wheels satisfy the requirements of the standards.In addition,the strength of unified wheel is better than straight web wheel under tread break condition.
