碱性成纤维细胞生长因子和转化生长因子β_1在人发育骨与软骨中的表达及意义

Exapression and Effects of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor and Transformation Growth Factor β_1 during Endochondral Bone Development

观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（ｂＦＧＦ）和转化生长因子β１（ＴＧＦβ１）在人发育骨与软骨中的表达和分布，认识这两种生长因子在人发育骨与软骨中的作用，用组织学、免疫组化及原位杂交技术，对临床经过石蜡包埋的人发育骨与软骨组织进行定位、定性检测。结果显示ＴＧＦβ和ｂＦＧＦ在人发育的骨与软骨细胞中共同表达。作者认为ＴＧＦβ和ｂＦＧＦ协同作用可能在人发育骨与软骨中起重要作用。

To investigate the expression and localization of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and transformation growth factor- beta1 (TGFβ1) in developing human long bones, and understand the function of bFGF and TGFβ1 in developing human long bones,develop- ing human long bones were used to detect bFGF and TＧＦβ1 expression by histology, immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. Results showed the expression of bFGF and TGFβ1 occured during endochondral bone development. We suggested that the synergistic interaction of TGFβ1 and bFGF may play an important role in developing human long bones.
