细菌几丁质酶的结构与功能研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 细菌几丁质酶因其潜在的应用价值而越来越受关注。细菌几丁质酶属于糖苷水解酶家族的18、19家族。典型的细菌几丁质酶包括将成熟几丁质酶分泌到胞外的信号肽、起催化作用的催化区、特异性结合氨基葡萄糖及几丁质的几丁质结合区以及一个功能尚不清楚的短的C端区域。本文重点介绍了细菌几丁质酶的结构域及其功能。
