不同预处理方法对水稻秸秆水解与产沼气的影响 被引量:4

摘要 秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气技术已成为秸秆处理与利用的重要技术途径之一。比较与分析了化学碱与接种微生物预处理对水稻秸秆水解进程的影响,以及生物水解预处理结合添加表面活性剂对水稻秸秆原料产气率的影响。结果表明:化学碱与生物预处理均可有效提高水稻秸秆的水解速率,就25 d水解累积SCOD产生量而言,化学与生物预处理较对照分别提高了92.7%、46.7%,生物水解预处理结合添加表面活性剂Tween-80,可以加快水稻秸秆的产沼气速率,同时提高了水稻秸秆的原料产气率与产气质量。
