维和集训待命官兵与入伍新兵人格特征的比较

摘要 目的了解维和集训待命官兵的人格特征,为进一步心理健康服务提供依据。方法采用卡特尔16项人格因素问卷(Cattell's 16 presonality factors questionnaire,16PF)对某部279名维和集训待命官兵(维和组)和361名入伍新兵(新兵组)进行测验,将维和组测验结果与我国男性军人常模和新兵组结果进行比较。结果维和组比我国男性军人常模分值高的因素有乐群性、聪慧性、稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、有恒性、敢为性、世故性、实验性、自律性,内向与外向型、感情用事与安详机警型、心理健康因素、专业成就因素及新环境成长能力因素;分值低的因素有敏感性、怀疑性、幻想性、忧虑性、独立性、紧张性,适应与焦虑型和创造能力因素,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与新兵组比较,维和组分值高的因素有乐群性、稳定性、兴奋性、有恒性、敢为性和自律性,内向与外向型、感情用事与安详机警型、心理健康因素和专业成就因素;分值低的因素有敏感性、怀疑性、幻想性、忧虑性、紧张性,适应与焦虑型、怯懦与果断型和创造能力因素,差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论该部维和集训待命官兵具有稳定的人格特征,适应性强、心理健康水平高,适于执行维和任务。 Objective To assess personality characteristics of PLA standby peacekeeping troops to provide better mental health care. Methods 279 PLA standby peacekecping military personnel and 361 recruits were surveyed by Cattell's 16 Person- ality Factor Questionnaire (16PF). The results of the test were compared with that of Chinese PLA males and recruits. Results Compared with Chinese PLA males normals, the peacekeeping military personnel achieved higher scores in factors of A, B, C, E, F, G, H, N, Q1, Q3, x2, x3, Yl, Y2 and Y4; but achieved lower scores in factors of I, L, M, O, Q2, Q4, x1 and Y3. These differences were of statistical significance(P 〈0.01 ). Compared with the recruits, the peacekeeping military person- nel achieved higher scores in factors of A, C, F, G, H, Q3, X2, X3, Y1 and Y2; meanwhile lower scores in factors I, L, M, O, Q4, X1, X4 and Y3. These differences were of statistical significance (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The peacekeep- ing military personnel showed stable personality characteristics, and maintained strong adaptability and good metal health status. So they are ready to carry out peacekeeping missions.
