Management and Clinical Application of Narcotics in People's Hospital of Qingyang Municipality

目的:通过对庆阳市人民医院麻醉药品使用现状进行调查与分析,为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理应用提供参考。方法:以限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDDc)及药物利用指数(DUI)为指标,对2011年医院2116张麻醉处方使用情况进行数据统计分析。结果:盐酸哌替啶注射液使用频率最高(DDDs=1 232.33),其次是盐酸布桂嗪注射液(DDDs=573.50),盐酸哌替啶片使用频率最低(DDDs=3.33);限定日费用最高的是美施康定片(DDDc=27.84),盐酸布桂嗪片限定日费用最低(DDDc=1.68)。结论:庆阳市人民医院医务人员学习和贯彻《癌症病人三阶梯止痛疗法指导原则》还处于初级阶段,有待于进一步加强麻醉药品的管理及宣教,规范提高麻醉药品合理应用水平,提高癌症患者的生活质量。

Objective： To provide the reference for reasonable application and scientific management of narcotics by investigating and analyzing the application of narcotics in People＇s hospital of Qingyang municipality.Method： Applications of 2116 pieces of narcotics prescriptions at the year of 2011 in our hospital were statistically analyzed including DDD,DDDs,DDDc and DUT.Result： Pethidine hydrochloride injection was the most frequently used drug（DDDs=1232.33） and next bucinnazine hydrochloride injection（DDDs=573.50）,pethidine hydrochloride tablets the least one（DDDs=3.33）;morphine sulfate was of the highest DDDc（DDDc=27.84）,bucinnazine hydrochloride tablets of the lowest（DDDc=1.68）.Conclusion： Medical staff＇s study and implementation of guidance of three-step analgesic therapy for cancer patients in people＇s hospital of Qingyang municipality are still in primary stage.The management,propaganda and education of narcotics needs to be further enhanced to raise reasonable application of narcotics and improve life quality of cancer patients.
