中西医护理干预对突发性耳聋患者听力恢复的影响

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Hearing Rehabilitation of Patients with Paroxysmal Deafness

目的:观察中西医护理干预对突发性耳聋患者听力恢复的影响。方法:将72例突发性耳聋患者随机分为2组,对照组采用常规治疗及护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施情志护理、膳食护理、辨证施护和康复指导,观察2组患者听力恢复情况。结果:干预组36例,治愈12例(33.33%),好转24例(66.67%);对照组36例,治愈5例(13.89%),好转30例(83.33%),无效l例(2.78%)。治愈率干预组优于对照组,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医护理干预对突发性耳聋听力恢复有积极的影响。

Objective： To explore the influence of nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on hearing rehabilitation in patients with paroxysmal deafness.Method： Seventy-two patients with paroxysmal deafness were randomly assigned into control group and intervention group.Control group were administered with conventional therapy and nursing while intervention group received emotional nursing,dietary nursing,syndrome differentiation and nursing,rehabilitation guidance based on the treatment given to control group.Rehabilitations of hearing were observed in both groups.Result： Among 36 cases in intervention group,12 cases（33.33%） were cured,24 cases（66.67%） improved;among 36 cases in control group,five cases（13.89%） were cured,30 cases（83.33%） improved,one case（2.78%） was ineffective.Cure rate of intervention group was superior to that of control group with statistical meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion： Nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is positive for hearing rehabilitation of paroxysmal deafness.
