磁流变式调谐液柱阻尼器的两级双态半主动控制 被引量:1

摘要 磁流变式调谐液柱阻尼器(MR-TLCD)是由调谐液柱阻尼器(TLCD)和磁流变液阻尼器(MRD)组成的新型半主动控制装置。依据Lagrange方程建立MR-TLCD与单自由度结构耦合动力方程,从耗能受力角度详细阐述MR阻尼力、TLCD液体恢复力是阻尼力还是负阻尼力。基于MTALAB/Simulink工具箱,仿真分析单自由度被控结构受风致振动时简单双态控制、离复位控制和两级双态控制三种半主动算法下的减振效果。结果表明提出的两级双态控制算法效果最优,离复位控制次之,简单双态控制远好于被动控制效果。综合考虑MR-TLCD与被控结构组成的动力系统,两级双态控制最趋于稳定。三种控制算法均显示良好控制效果,且结构位移控制效果略好于结构加速度。 Magnetorheological tuned liquid column damper (MR-TLCD) is a promising device for vibration control, which consists of tuned liquid column damper (TLCD) and magnetorheological damper (MRD) as its name implies. The coupled motion equations of the coupled system of MR-TLCD-structure were formulated by Lagrange equations. It was expounded in detail whether the MR interaction force and TLCD liquid restoring force are positive or negative damping force from the view angles of energy dissipation and force action. Three semi-active control strategies including simple bi- state cont.,A, off-and-towards-equilibrium and two-stage hi-state control were simulated using Matlab/Simulink blocks to inspect their reduction effect on wind induced buffeting of a SDOF system installed with MR-TLCD. The calculation results show that two-stage bi-state control is better than off-and-towards-equilibrium and simple bi-state control, which are both far superior to passive control. The results also show two-stage bi-state control can make the system most easily reach stable state. The three algorithms are all capable of achieving favorable vibration mitigation effect and the control performance for relative displacement is slightly better than that for relative acceleration.
