摘要
规定生态环境保护义务,建立与完善相应的审查机制是我国知识产权制度生态化的重要内容。逐步完善有关法律法规,采取以强制环境责任险为主、自愿环境责任险为辅的原则,积极推进生态破坏责任保险制度的建设,应是我国民事责任保险制度生态化的重要方面。
Regulating the duty of ecological environmental protection,establishing and completing the corresponding review mechanism is an important content of ecologic-oriented intellectual property system in China.Improving the relevant laws and regulations step by step,taking the principle of compulsory environmental liability insurance as the main approach and voluntary environmental liability insurance as the subordinate,and promoting the construction of the ecological destruction liability insurance system actively are important aspects of ecological civil liability insurance system in China.
