新医改背景下医务社会工作与志愿者服务——以上海市第一人民医院为例

The Medical Social Work and Volunteer Service under the Background of New Healthcare Reform ——Taking Shanghai First People's Hospital for an Example

通过号召院内医务人员及其他社会爱心人士广泛加入医务社会工作志愿者,建立健全以志愿者为主体、红十字爱心组织和慈善医务义工队等多种服务形式相结合的医务社会工作服务模式,有效增加医务社会工作服务人员。大力拓展医务社会工作的服务项目和服务形式,加强志愿者的管理和服务,并对其进行有针对性的专业培训,使其更了解医务社会工作的理念和方法,更好的服务他人并保护自己。积极探索出一条充分发挥医院优势资源、满足群众需要的医务社会工作道路,逐步完善我院的医务社会工作和志愿者服务。

By calling the hospital medical staff and other community of caring people to join as medical social work volunteers in a wide range, establish and improve the medical social service model with volunteers as the main body, and combination with Red Cross volunteers and charitable organizations and other forms of service, effectively increase the medical social work services staff. To expand services of medical social work and the form of services, to strengthen the management and services of volunteer, and give them professional training to better understand the concepts and methods of medical social work, and better serve others and protect themselves. Actively explore the path of medical social work which brings advantages hospital resources into full play to meet the needs of the masses, and gradually improve the hospital~ medical social work and volunteer service.
