高等教育快速发展背景下医药院校大学生人文素质教育的现实战略——基于广东药学院的改革发展经验

Strategy for Humanistic Quality Education in Medical College Students under the Background of Rapid Development of Higher Education——Based on the Reform and Development Experience of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University

探讨人文素质教育的内涵及其在高等教育快速发展中的意义以及医药院校开展人文素质教育的现实战略,总结了近几年来,广东药学院坚持实事求是的人文素质教育战略的同时,在学校发展战略上坚持软硬协调、在人才培养目标上突出德才兼备、在实现路径方式上注重系统综合三个方面的人文素质教育经验,为推进医药院校大学生人文素质教育提供参考和借鉴。

This paper discussed the meaning of humanistic quality education, and its function in rapid development of higher education, and the reality strategies for humanistic quality education in medical colleges and universities. By summarizing the experiences of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, namely persisting in humanity quality education strategy of seeking truth from facts, keeping the strategy of the soft and hard to coordinate, in tal- ents cultivation they targeting on the outstanding having both ability and political integrity, and in the realization ways they paying attention to integrating the three aspects of humanity quality education experiences, this paper is expected to provide reference for promoting the students＇humanistic quality education in medical colleges and universities.
