基于AHP法的广东省森林公园评价指标体系构建

Construction of the Assessment Indicators for the Sustainable Development of Forest Parks in Guangdong Province Based on AHP

为实现广东省森林公园的可持续发展,构建一套能科学评价森林公园的评价指标体系是有必要的。该评价指标体系是以森林公园可持续发展为目标层,由生态可持续发展、环境可持续发展、社会可持续发展和经济可持续发展等4方面构成一级指标,下设11个二级指标、27个三级指标,并通过运用AHP法(层次分析法)对各个评价指标进行两两比较赋值,获得各个指标的权重,从而得出一套综合的森林公园可持续发展评价指标体系。

For the sustainable development of forest parks in Guangdong Province,it was necessary to construct the assessment on indicators.The paper discussed the basis and principles of constructing an index system and proposed some relevant index systems and their estimation methods.The indicators for the assessment consisted of 4 primary indicators,i.e.,ecological criteria,environmental criteria,social criteria,and economic criteria.Each set of primary criteria was further divided into secondary indicators and tertiary indicators.The weights for indicators were calculated using Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）.
