摘要
规范办学行为是落实国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要提出的减负目标的重要举措,经过政府和教育主管部门的规范和整治,农村中小学的办学行为在有了显著变化的同时,还存在学校管理出现盲区、校长面临着新矛盾、有些教师教学质量无法保证、学生学习素养达不到要求、一些家长产生不满情绪等问题。为了巩固规范和整治效果,应该坚持正面疏导,协调各方面关系,形成坚强合力,营造良好社会环境,巩固和发展规范和整治的成果。
Standardization of schooling is an important measure in implementing national long-term burden-reducing education reform and development plan.Under regulation of government and education authorities,the schooling in rural primary and secondary schools has witnessed dramatic changes.Nevertheless,the following issues still are in urgent redress: blind spot in school management,poor teaching quality of some teachers,students' sub-par learn capability and some parents' discontent.We should create a good social environment to consolidate schooling standardization and regulation in a well-coordinated and balanced way.
