贫困大学生就业难的成因及帮扶对策

On the Employment Problems and Countermeasures for the College Students in Poverty

贫困大学生就业是一个十分值得关注的社会问题。从国家制度设计层面看,已经出台了不少的帮扶政策,但从实际效果上看,贫困大学生就业难仍是不争的现实。究其原因,既有政府(政策)、社会、高校的原因,也有贫困生自身的原因。必须从实际出发,齐抓共管,多管齐下,从政府(政策)、社会、高校、贫困生自身等层面进行就业帮扶,以期实现贫困大学生的充分就业。

The employment is a real problem for the college students in poverty,which arouses the attention in society.The country has introduced many policies giving much support to them.However,there are still some problems from the practical perspective.For example,difficulty in bearing the cost of employment,not ideal academic achievement on the students,relatively small human interaction,the lack of employment strength and so on.In order to help those college students in poverty to get employed,the government,society,and colleges,including students themselves,should make great efforts to solve these problems.
