The Construction of Public Cultural Service System Should Reflect Fairness and Justice

公平正义是人类社会追求的价值目标。公共文化服务体系建设应当追求现实目标和公平正义的价值目标。当前,公共文化服务建设中还存在一些影响其公平正义的问题,为此今后要在制度建设上保证公平正义,建立健全公共财政体系,服务提供过程中对民众一视同仁,服务体系建设中体现公平正义,决策和服务提供中注意吸收群众的意见和建议。

Fairness and justice is the value goals which the human society pursues.The realistic goals and value goals of fairness and justice should be pursued in the construction of public cultural services.There are still some problems affecting fairness and justice in the current construction of public cultural services.So fairness and justice should be reflected in the construction of the system,and all people should be treated equally in the process of providing service.Also,the goal of fairness and justice should be realized in the construction of public cultural service system and the opinions and suggestions of the masses must be absorbed in the process of decision making and service providing.
