To Improve the Socialist Market Economic System Reform——Thoughts on the 20th Anniversary of Deng Xiaoping's "South Talk"

"南方谈话"是社会主义市场经济宣言。我国实行社会主义市场经济20年,取得了巨大成绩的同时,也出现分配不公平,贫富差距扩大和腐败严重问题。这是由于体制不完善所致。所以应进行完善社会主义市场经济体制改革。这次新的改革与以前改革比较,改革的任务、对象、依靠、阻力等,都有新的特点。

Deng Xiaoping's 'South Talk' is the declaration of socialist market economy.Till now,the socialist market economy has been implemented for 20 years and made magnificent achievements.Meanwhile,there occurred such problems as unfair distribution,the widening wealth gap and serious corruption.Theses problems are caused by the imperfect system.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the socialist market economic system reform.Compared with the previous reforms,this reform will show new features in task,object,reliance and resistance,and so on.
