论我国高职院校内涵发展的关键因素——以陕西工商职业学院为例

Key Factors Concerning the Connotative Development of China's Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Shaanxi Business College

在我国高等职业教育规模快速发展的今天,高职院校是实施高等职业教育的主体,是我国高等教育的有机组成部分。当高职院校数量的增长达到一定的极限时,内涵的发展就成为高职院校发展的生命力之所在。办学定位、办学模式、专业建设、教学团队、实训基地、合作办学等是高职院校内涵建设的关键因素,这些因素作用的最大化是高端技能型人才培养的基本保证。

As China's higher vocational education is expanding rapidly nowadays,vocational colleges has become the main body to implement higher vocational education and an organic part of the state's higher education.Once the number of the higher vocational colleges increases to a certain limit,the connotative development will inevitably become the focus of the development of the vocational colleges.In this paper,the writer points out that the key factors concerning the connotative development of the higher vocational colleges include school orientation,the running mode,curriculum construction,teaching faculties,professional training bases,and cooperative education,and that to maximize the role of these factors is the basic guarantee of the high-end professional talents training.
