广东省职业院校教师培训现状调查报告

A Survey of Vocational Colleges' Teacher Training in Guangdong Province

本研究通过问卷调查,对广东省职业院校教师的培训现状进行调查分析,指出现行培训模式的优点与不足,并针对存在的不足提出改进建议,以期完善职业院校教师培训机制,提高职业院校教师培训的质量,以促进我国职业教育的健康发展。

Through the questionnaire,the current situation of vocational colleges' teacher training in Guangdong province has been surveyed.The advantages and disadvantages of the current training model are presented and suggestions are put forward,so as to perfect the vocational colleges' teacher training mechanism,to improve the training quality and push forward the development of vocational education in China.
