多形式合作、多方位互动、深层次延伸的产学结合人才培养模式新探索

Exploration of Talents Training Models of Multi-form Cooperation,Multi-direction Interaction and Deep-extended Production-Study Cooperation

校企合作是职业教育的必由之路,能否有效进行校企合作,以及以何种方式开展校企合作,是各高职院校共同关心和探讨的问题。广州现代信息工程职业技术学院通过深度思考、积极探索和大胆实践而创立了独具特色的多形式合作、多方位互动、深层次延伸的产学结合"现代信息"人才培养模式系列,开拓了高职院校校企合作方面体制机制创新的思路并取得的初步成效。

It is acknowledged that school-enterprise cooperation is the only way for vocational education.It is the common focus of higher vocational colleges to explore whether it is possible and how to carry out the school-enterprise cooperation.This paper,based on the case study of Guangzhou Modern Information Engineering Institute,introduces modern talents training mode system which is characterized with multi-form cooperation,multi-direction interaction,deep-extended production-study cooperation.Furthermore,the paper also explores the corresponding innovative ideas and initiatives in school-enterprise cooperation and the initial achievements in the reform.
