试论高职学生可持续发展能力的培养——以“挑战杯”活动为例

摘要 职业教育既要立足于人的生存进行职业技能训练,又要服务于人的发展为将来储备知识和能力。"挑战杯"活动通过有导向的专业学术竞赛活动,刺激学生自主学习意识,培养学生职业实践能力,从而有效促进高职学生可持续发展能力的提升,促进了高职学生可持续能力培养体系的完善,"赛训结合"锻炼了教师。挑战杯活动中提高高职学生可持续发展能力的三个有效举措是校企合作和挑战杯两个平台的相互融合,组建"双师"结构指导教师团队和建立健全奖励机制。 Vocational education should be based not only on vocational skills training in human existence,but also serve to reserve the development for the future knowledge and ability.Students' capacity for sustainable development is the basic content of vocational education capacity building.The Challenge Cup activities are an academic-oriented competition to stimulate students' awareness for self-learning and foster students' professional practice capability in order to effectively promote the ability to enhance the vocational students' sustainable development.The competition is to promote the improvement of the system for the vocational students' sustainable capacity building.The three effective strategies to improve vocational students' capacity for sustainable development in the Challenge Cup activities are the merging of the two platforms of school-enterprise cooperation and the Challenge Cup activities,so as to form a 'double-teacher' structure of the instructor team,and to establish and improve the incentive mechanism.
